Success as a Retail Finance Representative will be achieved through the following:
Role Activities (Duties):
- Executes J. D. Byrider purpose “to provide a program that exceeds the
customer’s expectations.
- Schedules a minimum of three prospect appointments per day, using Sales
Control.
- Effectively delivers flipchart presentation to prospective customers, in an
informative and professional manner.
- Continuously build referral base, using a variety of sources.
- Contacts all internet leads (on-line inquiries).
- Addresses and overcome customer objections, highlighting the value of
the J.D. Byrider program.
- Fully utilizes the Discover Sales Control module to manage sales
activities, e.g. appointments, prospects, letters, e-mails, calls, etc.
- Visibly upholds J.D. Byrider values: honesty, integrity, highest regard for
customers and associates, development, uses collective strengths to make
decisions and solve problems.
Accomplishments and Results (Deliverables):
- Maintains a 90 day sales average minimum of 15 units per month, typically
averaging 25-35 units per month.
- Maintains a Customer Satisfaction Index of at least 90%.
- Maximizes down payment. Seeks a minimum of 5% of vehicle price.
- Sales do not back off within 15 days of sale.
- Generates a minimum of 125 sales calls per week.
- Generates a minimum of 500 letters from Sales Control weekly.
